BrighterStill develops easy-to-absorb training courses that are designed to help break the generational cycle of poverty through education.

As part of the homelessness prevention/intervention effort, BrighterStill courses complement the financial or housing support provided by local and government agencies. This collaboration provides "whole person" support by helping the learner develop and/or refine life skills and soft skills.

Specialized services for those most in need.

BrighterStill courses are available to all but specialized services (such as, face-to-face mentoring and webinars) are reserved for the homeless and low-income community of Cumberland County, North Carolina.

  • Individuals, of all ages, seeking more information about specific topics.

  • Agencies who can refer individuals to BrighterStill courses for additional support.

BrighterStill strongly believes in partnerships! If you have print or digital content that is specific to homelessness prevention/intervention, life skills, entering or reentering society (post-prison or group home), teen-related, or college preparation, we would love to hear from you.
